At Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport (CTU), Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 are connected by an indoor corridor that is approximately 500 meters long, which takes about 10 minutes to walk. Additionally, a free Automated People Mover (APM) system located on the B2 level provides a faster connection, with a travel time of just 2 minutes and departures every 2 minutes. At Chengdu Tianfu International Airport (TFU), the two terminals are situated opposite each other at a distance of about 100 to 500 meters and are connected by pedestrian corridors. Travelers at TFU can also utilize a free APM train located on level B2, which takes only 1 minute to travel between terminals with a 2-minute interval. For those at Shuangliu Airport needing to transfer between terminals outside of the secure area, a shuttle bus service is available for a fare of 10 CNY, although it is free for children, pregnant women, and the elderly.
