Chengdu 46, a 20-year local icon for Sichuan cuisine located on Route 46 in New Jersey, closed to make way for a new dining concept called Chef Yang 46. While the original establishment was a long-standing fixture in the community known for its traditional offerings, it has been replaced by this new restaurant which specializes in elegant and versatile Sichuan cuisine within a modernized setting. Chef Yang 46 occupies the same location and features a 160-seat capacity, carrying on the tradition of Sichuan food in the area while providing updated highlights and a refreshed atmosphere for diners.
