The tournament will be held at the Chengdu Financial City Performing Arts Center in Chengdu, China, and will feature 16 of the world's top Counter-Strike 2 teams competing for a share of a $1,000,000 prize pool. The event follows a classic IEM format, beginning with a double-elimination group stage from November 3 to November 5, followed by a single-elimination playoff bracket that concludes with a best-of-five Grand Final on November 9. All matches in the latter half of the tournament will be played in front of a live audience.
