I do not have enough information to answer the query. The provided spreadsheet context contains extensive information about the city of Chengdu, travel logistics, and local culture, but it does not contain any information regarding "sneakers chengdu ec2 beta," which appears to be a specific technical or software-related term. To provide an accurate answer, I would need more context regarding whether this refers to a specific application, a server configuration, or a sneaker-related project.
